The rest of the year, we take ea University on the road or conduct virtual sessions.

    Out of the box career development programs are limiting.   • The first half, of a 7-hour day, are two signature sessions: Level Setting and SOARe™ . After lunch, the two closing sessions are curated to meet the goals of the team.

  • Exceptional Admins hosted a State of the Job Market back in October. A wealth of information was provided such as salaries, career growth, and the future of the profession. Check out the YouTube video to learn more and prepare.

  • Technology is and should be your partner on the job. Whether it’s setting up Google Alerts or using ChatGPT, we sprinkle the importance of technology and how to incorporate them into your work style.

  • Sort of, we talk about the importance of energy management and challenging the norm with having lots of meetings to intentional meetings.
