Interview question: your greatest weakness

In the world in which I sit today, as a specialized partner, I’m known for saying - “I wish to advocate and compliment the career objective(s) of the administrative individuals I’m blessed to connect with each day.” Having conducted over several hundred hours of 1:1 interviews, since starting Exceptional Admins in 2017, I know the interviewing process can be just as stressful and demanding as the search process.

Each day, I can be found helping a candidate navigate their approach with their job search.
