"Hilani initially reached out to me when she was first starting out. I had been with the same company for over 14 years and was considering a change. I was captured by her genuine interest in me, where I wanted to take my career and how supportive she was of my overall hesitancy over leaving my “security blanket”.  Her thorough vetting process was unique and fresh, just like her approach.
